Job Title

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.

  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to create high-fidelity designs that meet the needs of our target audience.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects.
  • Provide leadership and expertise in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices to junior designers.
  • Conduct and lead user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iteratively enhance designs based on user-centered design principles and usability testing results.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience) is required.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a profound expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool is essential.
  • A proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms is required.
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy is necessary.
  • Able to create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning designs is required.
  • Deep knowledge of front-end development technologies and their influence on design feasibility is also required.
Preferred Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma is preferred.
  • Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions is also desired.
  • Proficiency in motion design principles and their application in UI/UX design is beneficial.
