Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, software architecture, and performance optimization\
  • Review technical designs and code, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.\
  • Oversee integration between backend systems (SAP HANA/Java) and frontend applications (SAP UI5/HTML5/CSS/JavaScript).\
  • Manage workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.\
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption where beneficial.\
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for escalations and complex problem solving.\
  • Mentor and coach junior developers to support their technical and professional growth.
\Required Skills and Qualifications:\

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.\
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience.\
  • Strong expertise in:\
