Job Opportunity: Process Associate

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Process Associate, who will contribute to our business success by handling international accounts.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Transactions - processing and reconciling financial records, including purchase ledgers and sales ledgers.
  • Banking Operations - managing bank postings and reconciliations, ensuring timely completion of month-end close and reporting tasks.
  • Sales Management - generating invoices and managing payments.
  • Cash Flow Administration - preparing and obtaining approval for payments.
  • Month-End Procedures - posting month-end accruals, prepayments, inter-company transfers, and depreciation journals.

Technical Requirements

  • Xero, Sage, Quickbooks software proficiency.

Candidate Profile

  • Apart from accounting certifications like CA or ACCA part-qualified, MBA/Business Graduate with Finance background is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Strong English communication skills are essential.
  • Clear and concise communication style.
  • Focused on meeting internal and external client needs.
  • Calm and composed under pressure.
  • Delivers results with a sense of urgency.
