Executive - Digital Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, ensuring our brand remains competitive and relevant.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO.
  • Proven expertise in keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and content optimization.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities, with experience in developing engaging content for B2B audiences.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Ability to quickly understand a new industry and curate relevant, insightful content.
  • Hands-on experience with social media marketing and paid campaigns.
  • Experience in maritime, logistics, or sustainability is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A genuine interest in climate action and the role of decarbonization in sustainable industries.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across teams to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness.
