Job Title: Testing and Reconciliation Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to support the implementation of our new billing system.

  • This role requires strong audit background from a Big 4 firm, with experience in financial system testing, data validation, and reconciliation.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial reconciliation best practices, as well as familiarity with Zuora or other billing platforms.

This position involves executing detailed test cases for all Zuora modules, collaborating closely with internal teams and external consultants to validate system configuration and workflow accuracy, leading reconciliation efforts between legacy systems and Zuora, ensuring transactional, invoice, and revenue data integrity, and maintaining comprehensive test and reconciliation documentation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Big 4 audit firm

Benefits:

  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or billing system transformations an advantage
