Income Calculation Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to perform complex income assessments.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in US Mortgage Underwriting with a focus on income calculation.
  • Hands-on expertise with financial documents such as W2s, tax returns, and bank statements.
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage guidelines including DTI, LTV, HTI, AUS (DU/LP), FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to determine creditworthiness.
  • Review and verify income documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.
