Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle E-Business Suite Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional services to our clients. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the administration, enhancement, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Oracle EBS functional and technical consultants in providing mentorship and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality Oracle EBS solutions.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and new modules.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and gather requirements for Oracle EBS solutions, translating them into effective configurations and customizations.
  • Provide hands-on support for Oracle EBS applications, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and rapid resolution of any issues.
  • Manage the performance, scalability, and security of the Oracle EBS environment, ensuring it meets enterprise requirements and follows best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum [X] years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with at least [Y] years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Oracle EBS modules.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud is a plus.
  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle database management, including performance tuning and optimization.
