- 8+ years of overall experience including experience in HCM modules of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12
- Proficiency in the below EBS modules (must-have)
- Oracle E-Business Suite Core HR - Oracle E-Business Suite Payroll
- Oracle E-Business Suite Self Service - Oracle E-Business Suite Time & Labor
- Knowledge in the below Fusion HCM Cloud modules (Nice to -have) o Core HCM o Absence Management o Payroll

Technical knowledge in the below modules (must-have)
- Pl/Sql
- AME & Workflow
- Minimum of 5 end to end implementations with Oracle HR Modules
- A minimum of 5 Support Projects (2 Years).
- In-depth knowledge of HCM operational business practices
- Experience in implementing and supporting long-term / complex project on Oracle Applications
- Exceptional analytical logical and problem solving skills Skills
