About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Architect to join our InsurTech platform provider. The ideal candidate will specialize in Life and Health Insurance, leveraging expertise to architect innovative products that disrupt the Insurance value chain from customer acquisition to engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and evolve AI/ML architecture roadmaps for FWA, IDP, and Agentic AI frameworks.
  2. Lead technical presentations and solution design sessions with customers.
  3. Design scalable architectures for multi-agent systems and autonomous decision-making.
  4. Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI/ML technologies, especially AI agents.
  5. Architect cloud-native platforms supporting the complete AI/ML lifecycle.
  6. Provide technical leadership across product development and customer implementation.
  7. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  8. Stay at the forefront of AI/ML innovations, particularly autonomous agents and LLMs.
  9. Establish and enforce technical standards and architectural guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years in software architecture/system design in insurance domain, with 5+ years in AI/ML systems/platforms.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale AI/ML solutions, preferably with autonomous agents.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices.
  • Deep expertise in AI/ML system architecture (model serving, MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, distributed computing).
  • Strong understanding of Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and LLMs (including LoRA, PEFT fine-tuning).
  • Bachelor's or Master's in CS, SE, Data Science, or related technical field.
  • Exceptional technical leadership and communication skills.
