Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting:

- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage budgets for various projects or operational areas, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor budget performance and variances, providing regular updates and recommendations for corrective actions to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
- Develop accurate financial forecasts to support strategic planning, business development, and investment decisions.
- General Accounting:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Reconcile financial records and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain financial integrity and accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records, adhering to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to inform business strategy and drive growth, providing insights on financial performance, cost control, and revenue enhancement opportunities.
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and business expansion strategies, considering financial implications and potential risks.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring their professional growth and development, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Delegate tasks effectively, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- Auditing and Compliance:

- Cash Management:

- Relationship Management:

- CS Compliance
- Maintain knowledge of CS compliance and execute timely completion.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in financial management, accounting, or related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
