Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing NBFC compliances, and conducting financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Preparation:
  • Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements as per GAAP.
  • Compliance Management:
  • Manage NBFC compliances and conduct financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and trends.
  • TDS & GST Reconciliation:
  • Prepare and review TDS & GST reconciliation, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monthly MIS Reports:
  • Prepare and review monthly MIS reports according to management requirements.
  • Accounting Activities:
  • Managing/reviewing daily accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
  • Financial Consolidation:
  • Consolidate financial statements across departments or business units.
  • Audit Support:
  • Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring all required documentation is accurate.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Accounting Software:
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Saral TDS for effective data management and reporting.
  • Financial Knowledge:
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial regulations.
