Automated Systems Engineer

This position is responsible for developing machine logic and programming in PLC as per defined requirements. Key responsibilities include panel testing, PLC I/O testing, troubleshooting, studying panel drawings, suggesting changes if required, testing machines at the factory, installing machines at the site, commissioning machines at the site, preparing documentation of control and ladder drawings, and preparing flow charts.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI, ALLEN-BRADLEY) is highly desirable.
  • Advanced skills in HMI/GOT, SCADA programming, VFD programming are essential.
  • Programming experience with communication protocols (RS 232, 485, Ethernet, Ethercat, Modbus, Profinet) is necessary.
  • Ability to program servo motors, robots, and CNC machines is also required.

As an automated systems engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated systems that meet customer requirements. Your expertise in PLC programming, HMI/GOT, and SCADA will enable you to create efficient and reliable systems. In addition, your ability to program communication protocols and servo motors will allow you to integrate various components into a cohesive system.
