Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified ServiceNow SecOps Implementation Specialist to lead and support Security Operations module implementations—Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR)—for our clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing end-to-end ServiceNow Security Operations modules – VR and SIR, configuring and customizing workflows, playbooks, data imports, dashboards, and business rules for VR/SIR.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Implement end-to-end ServiceNow Security Operations modules – VR and SIR, configure and customize workflows, playbooks, data imports, dashboards, and business rules for VR/SIR
  • Integrate threat intelligence tools and vulnerability scanner integrations, build use-case-specific automation using Flow Designer or Security Orchestration (SOAR)
  • Gather requirements from cybersecurity teams, risk & compliance, and IT operations, translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans
  • Develop orchestration and remediation workflows for auto-assignment, enrichment, escalation, and resolution, integrate ServiceNow SecOps with external tools such as SIEMs, CMDB, scanners, threat intel platforms, and ticketing systems
  • Perform UAT, defect resolution, and cutover activities, ensure system performance, scalability, and security compliance during deployment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Knowledge and Experience
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SecOps architecture, data models, and module interdependencies
  • Proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of VR and SIR
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools, hands-on scripting experience, familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and SOC operations
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
