  • Design and implement endpoint security policies, rules, and playbooks for threat detection and response using Sophos and other EDR/XDR platforms.
  • Implement and manage device management solutions such as Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, or similar.
  • Manage ITSM tools (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Jira Service Management) and integrate them with security operations.
  • Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls based on ISO 27001 standards.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability management, patch management, and security hardening.
  • Knowledge of network security, access control, and identity management.
  • Experience in SOC environments or coordinating with SOC teams is a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in designing and implementing endpoint security policies, rules, and playbooks.
  2. Excellent knowledge of device management solutions, ITSM tools, and security operations.
  3. Strong understanding of security policies, procedures, and controls based on ISO 27001 standards.
  4. Ability to work effectively in SOC environments or coordinate with SOC teams.
