Job Description

The Service Quality Manager for Branch Banking is responsible for conducting central function/process audits to identify key risk areas and reviewing processes to recommend improvements.

They discuss observations with officials, finalize audit reports, and analyze risk levels.

Cooordinating with auditees to resolve discrepancies, completing audits on schedule, and monitoring issue closures are also part of their duties.

They elevate deviations to senior management for prompt resolution.

This role requires a deep understanding of banking operations and a keen eye for process enhancements.

A successful candidate will be able to drive quality improvements, foster collaboration, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
