Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team as a Staff Engineer.

As a Staff Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP).

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Analytics, Business, RHQs, and IT, to ensure seamless data integration, technical enhancements, and customer experience orchestration.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customer data management, data modeling, and data governance principles. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Additionally, they will have experience working with cloud-based architectures, APIs, and data integration, as well as proficiency in Adobe Certified Expert in Real-Time CDP and migration from Adobe Campaign Classic from v7 to v8.

Job Description:
  • Designing, Implementing, and Maintaining Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP)
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration, technical enhancements, and customer experience orchestration
  • Develop and execute complex data integration solutions between Adobe RT-CDP and other systems
  • Create and manage schemas, segments, and data sources within Adobe RT-CDP
  • Create and configure XDM (Experience Data Model) schemas, datasets, and identities to enable consistent data management across channels
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of customer data management, data modeling, and data governance principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Experience with data integration, APIs, and cloud-based architectures
  • Proficiency in Adobe Certified Expert in Real-Time CDP and migration from Adobe Campaign Classic from v7 to v8
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
