Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead our performance marketing efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing roadmaps to drive ROI and RoAS across multiple channels.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Lead end-to-end management of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and Quick Commerce
  • Optimize ad performance through channel strategy, targeting, bidding, ad placement, and creative testing
  • Implement advanced pixel and tracking solutions on Meta and Google platforms

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with expertise in managing and optimizing ads across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of advanced tracking solutions, including Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager
  • Analytical and data-driven skills, with experience using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Familiarity with automation tools and ability to integrate them into campaign workflows
