Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Expert to join our team at JLL. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services.
You will work closely with the chief engineer to monitor M&E projects, ensuring their quality and timely delivery. Additionally, you will deliver complete and accurate facility management reports.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, preferably electrical or mechanical engineering, and three to seven years of experience in facilities management.
In this role, you will contribute to shaping a system of best practices, managing on-site mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil maintenance, and planning maintenance inventory being carried out with our in-house teams.
