We are seeking a talented Regulatory Specialist to join our team at Vahura. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and global team that manages supervisory activities of regulators and related developments across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate regulatory examinations (logging info requests, preparing decks, reviewing responses, etc.).
- Oversee and manage regulatory issues and action plans in internal tracking systems.
- Produce reporting and metrics for committees, governance groups, and senior management.
- Support training and provide guidance on regulatory issues and action management systems.
- Lead technology initiatives related to regulatory oversight processes.
- Maintain trackers, update procedures, and support continuous improvement in oversight standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Background in financial services or management consulting preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, or audit processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across global teams.
- Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
