Role Summary
A Workday Absence Management Specialist is required to lead the implementation and configuration of absence management solutions for our partners. The successful candidate will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive absence management strategies in collaboration with HR and payroll stakeholders.
- Configure and test Workday Absence Management modules to ensure seamless integration with business processes.
- Deliver training sessions and provide user assistance during the transition to Workday Absence Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Workday Absence Management projects, including implementation, support, or migration.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Workday Absence Management modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse and dynamic environments.
