Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned engineer to lead our team in delivering high-quality technical solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering activities, ensuring compliance with industrial standards and GMP guidelines, and implementing preventive maintenance plans.

They will also participate in maintenance/reliability reviews of new projects and execute infrastructure/civil work tasks in the production plant.

The ideal candidate will have experience in OSD Oncology facilities, minimum 5 years of supervisory experience, and expertise in handling containment machinery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Execute engineering activities using reliable and cost-effective technical solutions to ensure technical quality.
  • Responsible for execution of maintenance & calibration activities and commissioning activities for projects at site level.
  • Supervise plant engineering team providing technical assistance and ensuring best possible maintenance, repair and/or modifications.
  • Execute design execution and hand-over projects within cost, time schedule, quality and functionality.
  • Maintenance & Operations:
  • Ensure compliance with industrial standards and GMP guidelines. Implement preventive maintenance plans and perform corrective repairs.
  • Participate in maintenance/reliability reviews of new projects. Execute infrastructure/civil work tasks in the production plant.
  • Supervise change over operations for production equipment to improve productivity. Coach and motivate new team members. Responsible for personal and professional development.
  • HSE Management:
  • Perform project HSE management & execute project safety stops/reviews. Execute projects in alignment with key local and global stakeholders.
  • Apply state of the art technical solutions according to compliance standards and HSE regulations.
  • Ensure projects are developed through various stages of scope, definition, approval and implementation. Obtain permits for maintenance/calibration/projects.
Requirements
  • Experience in OSD Oncology facility in reputed pharmaceutical company.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory capacity.
  • Experience of handling containment machinery.
  • Operations Management and Execution Collaborating across boundaries Functional Breadth.
