Data Migration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented developer with expertise in business intelligence platforms, particularly SAP HANA and Snowflake. This role will play a critical part in the migration of enterprise data solutions from HANA to Snowflake, ensuring business continuity, data integrity, and performance optimization.
About the Role- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and collate analytics and reporting requirements.
- Analyze and conduct feasibility studies of requirements.
- Collaborate with capabilities teams to identify source systems, source datasets, and source tables needed to fulfill requirements.
- Convert functional requirements to technical solutions.
You will be working on high-profile projects, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams including data engineers, BI developers, and business analysts.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes.
- Experience in working on analytics-related projects and implementation.
- Good exposure to SAP ERP systems like ECC or S/4HANA.
Apart from the above, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
