Job Title:
Design and Engineering Manager for Solar Projects

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Design and Engineering Manager to lead our solar project design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar PV design and project management, with experience in managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.

About the Role:
As a Design and Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design lifecycle of solar projects from conceptualization to execution. You will manage a team of engineers and designers, oversee the entire design process, and ensure that projects meet technical specifications, are cost-effective, and adhere to industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage the design lifecycle of solar projects from conceptualization to execution.
2. Lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.
3. Oversee the entire design process, including developing and reviewing design plans, specifications, and construction documents.
4. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international codes and standards.
5. Optimize designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
6. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to define project requirements.
7. Present design solutions and progress updates to stakeholders.
8. Address any concerns and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
9. Stay updated with the latest innovations and technology trends in solar PV design.
10. Conduct feasibility studies and technical analysis.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering.
2. Minimum 10 years' experience in solar PV design and project management of single plants of 100 MWp and higher.
3. Must have design expertise to conceptualize and design the HT Evacuation infrastructure for utility scale Solar Projects.
4. Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, Sketchup, and Helioscope.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
