Expert Operations Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be proactive and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
This role is responsible for providing seamless service across various front-of-house activities, including check-in and check-out, food and beverage, housekeeping, and more. The successful candidate will also be empowered to address guest requests, process operational needs, and complete reports as necessary.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Identify and report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions
- Complete required safety training and certifications
- Maintain uniform and personal appearance standards
- Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality
Key Skills:
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods without fatigue
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
