Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Management (IAM) Test Analyst Automation specialist to contribute to the quality analysis, testing, and validation of IAM program architecture, infrastructure, capabilities, components, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute test automation frameworks for IAM applications.
  • Implement services using microservices architectures, DevOps, and continuous delivery of IAM services and applications in hybrid computing environments.
  • Test services-based integration, role-based access control, Active Directory, LDAP, Single Sign-On, End-User provisioning, identity and access governance, and identity data synchronization services with existing applications and systems.
  • Develop deep knowledge of IAM standards, principles, and practices.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance testing in large-scale environments.
  • Knowledge in test automation using Selenium, Java, APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners.
  • Information Security or internal IT audit experience a plus.
  • The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Superior communication ability to explain complex concepts.
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to balance and prioritize work.
  • Must be trustworthy in keeping sensitive data confidential.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Overall IAM qualifications.
  • Experience of different types of testing.
  • Experience in testing IAM applications across six major capability areas: Identity Lifecycle Management, Identity Data Models, Access Lifecycle Management, Runtime Enforcement, Credential Management, Identity Federation.

Test Automation Expertise:

  • Understanding test requirements and analyzing the application under test (AUT).
  • Developing test automation scripts.
  • Strong Java coding skills.
  • Enhancing test scripts using Java programming.
  • Debugging scripts and fixing errors.
  • Executing running test scripts.
  • Defect reporting and tracking.
  • Experience in API test automation tools: Selenium, Java, TestNG, Maven, Git, Soap UI, Post Man, Rest Assured Framework: Hybrid Keyword Driven Data Driven Page Object Model Cucumber.
  • Team dynamics ability to work in a dynamic IAM team to support multiple competing priorities at the same time including project work production support and daily incident and problem resolution activity.
  • Ability to contribute and collaborate with the IAM manager in establishing a growth and training program applicable for the IAM engineering role.
  • Comfortable with working closely with IAM stakeholders and architects for project and program delivery milestones.
  • Possesses advanced listening skills and advanced team dynamic problem-solving root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Has worked efficiently and effectively in IAM teams of 5 individuals in a highly demanding environment.
  • Proven performance in critical thinking and usage of innovative thinking for enhancing team capabilities and providing solutions for new challenges issues and requirements.
  • Education and Technical Experience: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
  • 3 years experience in QA.
  • 2 years of experience with identity management products such as SailPoint Saviynt CA and/or Oracle Identity Manager OIM.
  • Desired Certifications: ISTQB would be an added advantage. Any Cybersecurity Certification would be an added advantage.
