About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst to support and enhance Salesforce-based solutions in patient engagement and healthcare marketing. The role focuses on Salesforce Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud, with additional work involving Experience Cloud and integration tools such as Mulesoft and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, support, and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms.
  • Troubleshoot user issues, respond to service requests, and gather technical and business requirements.
  • Build automation flows, user profiles, and manage role hierarchies and data-sharing settings.
  • Develop and support Experience Cloud portals, communication templates, and dashboard reports.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders on data models and marketing workflows.
  • Recommend best practices around security, performance, and scalability.
  • Support QA, testing, and validation during product releases and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce admin/configuration (flows, custom objects, user permissions).
  • Experience with Mulesoft or API integrations.
  • Understanding of patient engagement workflows or healthcare CRM systems is preferred.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
