Job Description

As a Programme Coordinator in the banking sector, you will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support across critical workstreams. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless project delivery by managing schedules, documentation, risks, and governance reporting.

This role requires strong organisational skills, enabling you to effectively coordinate project activities, schedules, and meetings while maintaining trackers, reports, and governance-ready documentation. You will also be responsible for monitoring milestones, risks, issues, and change logs, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of progress.

You will work closely with business, IT, and compliance teams to liaise with stakeholders, support UAT planning, issue tracking, and leadership reporting, and ensure adherence to banking procedures, internal controls, and compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–5 years' experience as a Programme Coordinator in a banking environment.
  • Strong organisation, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
  • Experience producing documentation, trackers, and reports.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across cross-functional teams.
