Job Description

We are a fast-growing political consulting firm committed to delivering strategic, data-driven solutions for electoral success and governance. Our team has been closely involved in landmark electoral efforts and policy initiatives, shaping core political strategy, large-scale voter outreach campaigns, and organisational capability building.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients, managing media coordination, developing media briefs for campaign and candidates, documenting media feedback structures, and creating a solid media network for our national project.

You will work towards setting a media narrative and the agenda for public debate on politics, reaching out to journalists at state/national levels for media coordination and interactions, and building a healthy network with media at national, state, district levels, and representing the organisation or client confidently, yet humbly and professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Establish strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  2. Manage media coordination, develop media briefs for campaign and candidates, document media feedback structures, and create a solid media network for our national project.
  3. Work towards setting a media narrative and the agenda for public debate on politics.
  4. Reach out to journalists at state/national levels for media coordination and interactions.
  5. Build a healthy network with media at national, state, district levels, and represent the organisation or client confidently, yet humbly and professionally.
  6. Participate in identifying key narrative points and producing content for social and digital media channels, including clients' properties.
  7. Develop narrative and communication goals, objectives, and plans to drive overall media strategy.
  8. Devise and deliver accurate, timely, creative, and engaging inputs that positively impact the flow of narrative in mainstream media.
  9. Measure and present results of media narrative shaping efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in a media/related industry.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree (preferably from a reputed institution) in Mass Communication/Journalism/PR/Media Management/Relevant field of social sciences.
  • Proficient in media structures, political structures, and current affairs.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise daily work for the team, demonstrate initiative, ensure efficient collaboration within the team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Telugu is highly desirable.
