Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Work with our Australian team to deliver dashboard reporting and provide insights into marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with high-profile brands across various industries, including FMCG, education, retail, health & fitness, and tech.
  • Contribute to a dynamic, high-performance team as a Google Premier Partner, Google Honours Finalist, and SEMrush Awards Finalist.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your expertise in the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform to manage data streams and build marketing dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Design and implement effective marketing and advertising dashboards using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills.
  • Maintain open communication channels with internal stakeholders and clients, showcasing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a passion for data and reporting, actively seeking opportunities for professional development and sharing knowledge with teammates and client partners.

About You:

  • You hold a minimum of 3 years' experience working with MCI/Datorama, including managing data streams and building dashboards.
  • You have a solid understanding of marketing and advertising metrics, including impressions, CTR, CPL, ROAS, attribution models, and data governance.
  • You possess experience with SQL and related data streams, as well as pivot tables, calculated fields, and advanced visualisations.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
