Accounting and Finance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting and finance professional to manage our day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the general ledger, prepare monthly financial statements, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and accurate data entry in accounting software.
  • Prepare and file statutory compliances, including GST returns and TDS.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and records.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties, such as banks, tax consultants, and suppliers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing sector.
  • Proficient in accounting software and familiar with Indian accounting standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
