Job Title: Creative Visual Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced creative visual expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in graphic design, illustration, and branding.

About the Role:

The creative visual expert will be responsible for designing engaging and on-brand graphics for digital mediums. This includes conceptualizing visuals based on requirements, preparing rough drafts, and developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using appropriate software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using the appropriate software
  • An understanding of color palettes and fonts
  • Work with copywriters and executives to produce the final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in social media content creation
  • Knowledge of Illustration and Branding techniques
  • Proficiency in Typography and Layout design
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
  • Ability to create engaging visual concepts within the brand guidelines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a graphic design role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
