Internship Opportunity in Investment Team

 

As an intern with our investment team, you will be responsible for evaluating the performance of investments and asset classes in our clients' portfolios. This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in the investment industry, working with investment professionals and contributing to various analytical and reporting tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and evaluate the performance of investments and asset classes in clients' portfolios
  • Communicate with investment and money managers to gather and clarify client-specific data for reporting purposes
  • Manage daily work and execute performance reporting operations activities
  • Prepare portfolio evaluation reports for institutional clients on a monthly/quarterly basis detailing market performance, investment results, style exposures, and recommendations for portfolio rebalancing
  • Assess fund/investment strategies and link their performance with market/economic developments and the investment process of asset managers
  • Develop asset allocation solutions for institutional clients based on the Investment Policy Statement while incorporating the views of the organization's Strategic Research Group
  • Review and amend investment policy statements
  • Write research papers on macro/microeconomic environments and investment trends
  • Provide research support on client requests including ESG, Style Analytics, and Asset Class Trends

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA Finance) with strong quantitative and analytical content
  • Understanding of basic investment terminologies and concepts
  • Strong logical and analytical skills with attention to details
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication, and time management skills
