As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality design and drawing portfolios that exceed client expectations. The position involves taking ownership of statutory drawings for projects in Mumbai and the Mumbai region, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and growing professionally to facilitate the growth of the reporting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver highest quality design & drawing portfolio in a timely & efficient manner.
  • Ownership of Statutory drawings (for Mumbai and Mumbai Region projects).
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines for each activity in projects being handled.
  • Grow professionally and facilitate professional growth and development of the reporting team.
  • Provide timely and complete design solutions to clients, engendering high levels of satisfaction.

Role Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating best possible design responses to project design demands resulting in award-winning creative designs. This includes taking complete responsibility for the quality of design portfolios, creating comprehensive design portfolios at every stage of the design process backed up by accurate documentation, and making internal presentations of the final signed-off Concept design to all stakeholders.

Other responsibilities include coordinating with all sub-consultants as well as design support services to deliver fully coordinated designs and design portfolios, taking complete responsibility of Edifice's scope related to preparation of Statutory submission drawings including necessary coordination with the Permitting Consultant (for projects in Mumbai and Mumbai region only), and ensuring efficient project delivery in line with the planned resourcing and timelines.

Additionally, the candidate will be expected to grow professionally by achieving personal advancement goals & facilitate professional growth of reporting team by facilitating the same amongst the team members, ensure timely and fair assessments & high levels of motivation.

Qualifications required for this position include Bachelor & Masters in Interior Design, wide experience in Interior space with 5 to 10 years of expertise in doing Architectural projects (Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare) with proficiency in Revit.
