We are currently seeking a highly skilled and innovative Architect to lead the planning, design, and execution of campus infrastructure projects.

Job Overview:
  • The ideal candidate will create functional, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing designs that align with our vision of being a world-class educational institution.
Main Responsibilities:Campus Master Planning
  • Develop comprehensive master plans and architectural designs for academic buildings, hostels, laboratories, libraries, auditoriums, and other university facilities.
  • Incorporate modern educational infrastructure concepts, smart classrooms, and collaborative spaces.
  • Ensure optimal space utilization with scalability for future growth.
Compliance and Approvals
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with AICTE, UGC, NAAC, NBA norms, and state/local building codes.
  • Obtain necessary approvals from municipal and statutory authorities.
  • Implement universal accessibility (ramps, lifts, signage) across campus.
Sustainability Initiatives
  • Design eco-friendly and energy-efficient infrastructure (solar, rainwater harvesting, natural ventilation).
  • Promote green campus practices aligned with NAAC/AICTE recommendations.
  • Integrate smart building technologies for energy and resource conservation.

Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in educational/large-scale institutional projects is required. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution (Master's in Architecture preferred) is mandatory. Registration with the Council of Architecture (CoA), India is also required.
