Job Title:

Multidisciplinary Production Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Create and manage production schedules, calendars, and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular quality checks, audits, and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Source, procure, and manage inventory of raw materials, fabrics, trims, and accessories in line with design requirements.
  • Analyze production data, track consumption, and wastage to inform strategic decisions and drive cost savings.
  • Develop, maintain, and update product lines, lookbooks, and range plans to reflect evolving market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute product pricing, margin planning, and order quantity strategies.
  • Prepare and present weekly production status reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks, delays, and risks, proposing solutions and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in garment production, merchandising, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of textiles, manufacturing processes, and quality control principles.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity tools.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and results-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results.

  • Have experience working in a startup or small-scale production environment.
  • Established connections with trusted vendors, suppliers, and sourcing agents.
  • Able to conduct field visits to vendors, warehouses, or other external sites.
  • Understanding of tech packs, patterning basics, and fit processes.
