Senior Product Designer Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in building solutions and driving forward the product roadmap. You will be deeply engaged in understanding our customers, prioritizing pain points to solve, converting them into detailed stories, and seeing them through.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Collaborate with product managers and analysts to gather and assess user needs.">
  • Conduct interviews with customers to identify pain points and map out user journeys.">
  • Effectively present design ideas to developers and stakeholders.">
  • Identify and resolve UX issues.">
  • Create mockups and prototypes to demonstrate feature functionality and appearance.">
  • Convert wireframes into detailed UI designs.">
  • Maintain and develop a cohesive design language system for our core product.">

Requirements:

You will require a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a Product Design or similar role (UX/UI Design). A portfolio of high-quality, user experience-focused design work is essential, as is proficiency in design and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma).

Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills to clearly convey ideas to stakeholders, strong time-management skills, and a proactive approach to meeting goals efficiently.

Product sense and craftsmanship are also crucial, as you will own important product interactions with every customer and should show attention to detail this responsibility deserves.

Lastly, you should be able to listen well, build consensus by default, drive hard decisions when needed, push the pace, take blame, and pass on praise – people love working with you.
