Job Opportunity: Scalable Infrastructure Specialist

About the Position:

We seek a seasoned IT professional with 6-10 years of experience to develop and maintain scalable, high-performance infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, deploying, and maintaining automated deployment pipelines, managing cloud environments, and implementing Infrastructure as Code.

  • Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated deployment.
  • Manage development and production environment infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
  • Automate configuration management using Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability using Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline build, deployment, and monitoring processes.
  • Ensure system security through regular audits and best practices implementation.
  • Support application deployments and troubleshoot production issues.

Responsibilities also include ensuring the reliability and scalability of software systems by collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying and resolving technical issues, and implementing solutions to optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Infrastructure Development and Management:
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions using cloud platforms.
  • Develop and deploy CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Configuration Management:
  • Automate configuration management using tools like Ansible or Puppet.
  • Implement DevOps practices to ensure efficient deployment and monitoring of software systems.
System Monitoring and Performance:
  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability using tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues impacting system performance or reliability.
Security and Compliance:
  • Ensure system security through regular audits and implementation of best practices.
  • Implement measures to prevent security breaches and protect against cyber threats.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • At least 6-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure development and management.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
