Manufacturing Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 15+ years of experience in the industry with a strong engineering background and relevant industry exposure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and strategize long-term manufacturing goals in alignment with global and local organization goals.
  • Implement Total Quality Management (TQM) effectively across various departments and plant functions.
  • Create key performance metrics and refine the existing framework to ensure effective utilization of resources.
  • Review cost, operations, and forecast timely with proper planning and mitigation.
  • Oversee Kaizen and other operational efficiency activities across plant and other facilities.
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent team-building and growing exposure, as well as proven experience of implementing operational excellence, continuous improvement, lean six sigma, and Kaizen.

  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong engineering background and relevant industry exposure.
  • Experience in various manufacturing processes including assembly, rubber, injection molding, machine, press, and weld shop.
  • Excellent team-building and growing exposure.
  • Proven experience in implementing operational excellence, continuous improvement, lean six sigma, and Kaizen.
