**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for developing detailed test plans and executing tests to validate functionality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing detailed test plans based on business requirements and functional design documents.
  • Executing tests to validate functionality, including regression testing.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation.
  • Identifying, documenting and reporting defects found during testing.
  • Coordinating with client teams for completion of integration and user acceptance testing.

**Requirements:**

  • 2-6 years' experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ATF.
  • Functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM.
  • Knowledge of Testing Integrations using ServiceNow and POSTMAN.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Admin.
