ServiceNow experts are sought to spearhead the administration of our platform across diverse modules. With a minimum 7-year expertise spanning ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operation.

Technical Expertise

A strong foundation in Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs is essential. Proficiency in creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs is also crucial. Furthermore, hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies is necessary for this role.

Integrations and Metrics

Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, such as identity platforms and facilities systems, is key. Establishing and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance are vital aspects of this position.

Upgrades, Maintenance, and Stakeholder Engagement

Leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes is critical. Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders are required to define and streamline workflows.

Compliance and Governance

Experience in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams is necessary. You should be well-versed in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
