- Help ROC with variable cost budgeting to meet financial goals and scale operations
- Work closely with Program, Business Operations, Analytics, and Finance teams
- Timely and accurate delivery of headcount plans considering factors of forecast and operational productivity inputs
- Create hiring plans and govern the process by coordinating with involved teams
- Create estimated capacity to deliver against forecast basis on the derived headcount plan
- Solve business problems related to planning with occasional direction
- Deliver cost-efficient HC plans and drive hiring demands for the ROC Ops organization
- Manage analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of key performance indicators
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and VBA
- 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
