We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Demantra modules. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of demand management, predictive trade planning, and deductions & settlement management (DSM) solutions.

Job Requirements
  • Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Demantra modules, including Demand Management, Predictive Trade Planning, and Deductions & Settlement Management (DSM).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Design and configure Demantra workflows, forecast trees, and engine tuning based on demand data.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization for Demantra applications.
  • Develop and execute data extraction queries, manage Demantra tables, and ensure data integrity.
  • Support integration with Oracle VCP (Value Chain Planning) and other ERP modules.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for business stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting algorithms, trade promotion planning, and demand analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Demantra data model.
  • Experience with Oracle ASCP, EBS, and VCP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
