We are seeking an innovative Paid Ads Specialist who can drive measurable results from creative campaigns.
This role involves designing, launching, and optimizing ad strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and be proficient in metrics like ROAS, CPC, CTR, and CAC.
The successful candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands. Experience with premium or luxury brand advertising is highly valued.
The Paid Ads Specialist will work closely with the Social Media Manager and Content team to ensure ads align with brand storytelling and visuals.
- Develop and execute ad campaigns across multiple platforms
- Manage ad budgets to maximize ROI and conversions
- Design A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and placements
- Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative teams to brief and refine ad assets
