Quality Assurance Expert
Key Responsibilities:- Guarantee quality standards are met in all deliverables.
- Develop, implement, and execute inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Suggest solutions to identified material problems.
- Assist operations and local quality department in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
- Analyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure resolution.
- Develop or update inspection procedures to ensure trend alignment.
- Monitor risk-management procedures and maintain problem logs.
- Interpret company quality assurance policies and comply with them.
- Collect quality data and document quality assurance activities.
- Prepare and present reports to Senior Management.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in content development/e-learning domain or related field.
- Comfortable reviewing content in non-English languages.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Professional certification in Quality Assurance.
