Backend Developer Role

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Develop high-performance Java/Golang-based backend services and applications.
  2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
  3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  4. Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
  5. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.
  6. Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ Years of professional experience in Java/Golang backend development.
  • Expert proficiency in Java/Golang and related frameworks.
  • Extensive experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of database technologies.
  • Experience with version control systems.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with Graph QL.
  • Proficiency in unit testing frameworks.
