Backend Developer

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. You will design and develop robust backend systems using Django and Python, creating modular and scalable applications ensuring maintainability.

  • Work on frontend components using Next.js and TypeScript when required.
  • Collaborate with designers for seamless application integration with graphics.
  • Develop and optimize database schemas and queries.
  • Deploy and maintain applications on AWS infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.
  • Participate in code reviews and implement best practices.
  • Write clean, well-documented code.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement innovative solutions.
  • Work on well-defined projects with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in full stack development with a strong backend focus.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework.
  • Experience with frontend technologies, particularly Next.js and TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Solid understanding of version control systems (Git).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with PySide6 for desktop application development.
  • Background in broadcast technology or media industry.
  • Experience with real-time data processing.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
