Senior Business Insights Analyst

We are seeking an accomplished Product Analyst to join our team and drive actionable insights through data analysis and experimentation. As a key member of our product organization, you will collaborate with high-priority initiatives to identify business opportunities and deliver meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product strategies and improve business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track performance metrics and key indicators.
- Analyze data to deliver insights that inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Design experiments to test hypotheses and identify areas for improvement.
- Automate data extraction and create data marts to support business requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product analytics with a strong business sense and data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, data visualization, and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Metabase, or Google Data Studio.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to transform challenges into well-defined analyses and impactful outcomes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Bias for action with a strong focus on achieving business goals in a fast-paced growth environment.
