Senior Quality Assurance Strategist

As a Senior Quality Assurance Strategist, you will lead a team of quality engineers and guide them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of quality engineers to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.
  • Develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies.
  • Apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution.

The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of various automated testing frameworks and tools, experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases, ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights, and familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.

Additionally, the candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Automated Testing and a 15-year full-time education. This role is based at our Bengaluru office, India.
