Job Description

- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes and quality control systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to establish quality criteria and testing protocols for new products.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes and ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues.
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards, tools, and best practices.
- Participate in product design reviews and risk assessments to address potential quality concerns early in the development process.
- Maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities, including inspection reports, quality audits, and compliance records.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements related to quality management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
