We are seeking a seasoned Oracle CC&B functional consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements related to Oracle CC&B.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work with business users to identify and document functional requirements for Oracle CC&B.
  • Configuration and Implementation: Configure Oracle CC&B modules to meet business needs, including Customer Management, Billing, Payments, Collections, and Metering.
  • End-to-End Implementation: Support all aspects of implementation, from design and configuration to testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Business Process Translation: Translate business processes into system solutions within Oracle CC&B.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with technical teams for development of customizations, integrations, and reports, and provide subject matter expertise for Oracle CC&B best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Oracle CC&B functional experience (implementation, upgrade, or support).
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
  • Deep understanding of utility business processes: customer management, billing, payments, metering, collections, and service orders.
  • Experience creating functional design documents, test plans, and training materials.
